I’m an instructional designer and multimedia artist. These are different professions, but I find both equally important. The common root is that I’m a learning experience creator equipped with recommended teaching practices and design skills. I help faculty apply best teaching practices. I also have developed an eye and skill for designing educational environments and materials.
Another related passion of mine is makerspaces. These environments promote creative exploration and problem-solving. Best teaching practice encourages students to develop self-efficacy in their critical thinking skills. Makerspaces become a reservoir of opportunity to develop unique thinking and individual voice.
